This is a signed and numbered giclee print from an original acrylic painting by Larry Eifert. The artist warrants that there will not be more than 350 individual signed printed in the size and paper stated.
It may only be a short twenty-minute hike along the bluffs in RedwoodNational Park to HiddenBeach, but it is light years away in personality.? This is decidedly NOT a California beach, although it is in that state.? The piles of drift logs, rounded mudstone cobbles and surf mist in the air speak of Southeast Alaska or Vancouver Island in British Columbia.? Cold foggy air, gulls circling overhead and lines of breakers offshore make this a place of remote wilderness.? Sitka spruce line the shore, interspersed with red alders and willows; there are barriers of dense salal that cover the hillside beneath them.? Offshore rocks harbor pigeon gillemots and cormorants, turnstones and oystercatchers.
