Klahhane Ridge Trail
It's a favorite hike of ours. The trail goes off from busy Hurricane Ridge and soon leaves the tourists behind. Then it's miles of views like this, a bit of up and down but not so bad. On the return, the view is straight into Mt Olympus. Late in the afternoon, the hillside lights up like this with shimmering alpine glow.
It's quite something, to put it mildly.
